Foot zones responsible for organs. Projections of the internal organs on the feet

The points on the foot responsible for the organs are actually not so much responsible for them, as they are stimulated. Acupuncture points are energy centers, the effect on which activates a particular organ.

Acupuncture zones of the foot

Soles of the feet as a place of concentration of acupuncture points

Energy centers that affect the activity of organs are located throughout the body. However, their mass concentration is observed on the feet, hands and ears. Lead in this area soles of the feet.

The foot accounts for the weight of the entire human body. Accordingly, energy flows of the whole body are projected as much as possible, and the sole of the foot represents the center of control of the organism, where each organ, as a structural part of the body, has its own site as large as a point. The Chinese, having created their own theory of combining the energy of yin and yang, determined by a long practice the finding of point projections of organs. Since then, people all over the planet enjoy the fruits of their centuries-old labor, healing themselves and others.

All points on the foot have their own location logic and are combined into blocks according to localization in the body.

They are arranged as follows.

  1. In the fingers and adjacent areas there are projections of organs located in the head. At the same time, the centers of responsibility for the frontal part of the head are concentrated at the fingertips. The nose, eyes and ears are projected onto other areas of the fingers.
  2. On the front of the foot are located the centers regulating the activity of the organs of the upper part of the body: bronchi, lungs, heart.
  3. On the feet in their very center lies the zone of responsibility for all organs located in the abdominal part of the body, that is, for the organs of the digestive system.
  4. In the hypochondria, the points that control the urogenital system are concentrated, as well as the legs and pelvic area.
  5. The heel regulates and maintains the condition of the genitals.

Foot acupuncture makes it possible to affect the entire body, which does not reduce the role of other centers in maintaining human health.

Methods of activating organs through the feet

All methods of influence on the body through the sole can be divided into two parts: professional and amateur. In medical institutions use different ways  revitalization of the organs through the feet.

In the practice of Oriental medicine, there are more extreme methods of influencing energy centers, for example, cutting the skin in the right place. The use of leeches, which are applied to specific places on the body, can also be attributed to acupuncture effects. The sole of the foot is not suitable for all methods of acupuncture. Most commonly used different kinds  massage

How to affect the acupuncture of the sole

If a person does not have a specialized education, but wants to take care of his own health, then the following methods of influencing the energy centers of the sole are available to him.

  1. Massage the soles in certain areas. This massage can hardly be called acupressure, but it has a stimulating effect on the organs. In this case, you can rub the entire sole or concentrate only on the part of it that is responsible for a certain organ. The main therapeutic principle of massage: the identification of pain points. It is necessary to try to achieve pain, thread stretching from the point of impact. Such a reaction is a signal of trouble in any body. These are the points that should be dealt with first. However, impacts only on pain points  for health is not enough, it is necessary to massage the neighboring areas that do not give pain signals. It is best to alternate the effects on painful and non-painful neighboring points. Therapeutic effect  usually occurs soon after the disappearance of pain in a given zone. Massage should be carried out courses daily, preferably before bedtime. The duration of each procedure is about 5 minutes.
  2. Impact on the soles by random method. Its difference lies in the fact that when exposed to the foot is not set a specific goal to stimulate a particular center. Walking on small pebbles, grass, sand has a fortifying effect, improves mood and self-esteem. On the same effect is designed shoes with protrusions on the insoles.
  3. Thermal effects on the entire foot or its part. Warming foot baths are designed not only to warm the body, but also to promote healing through thermal stimulation of places of concentration of energy centers. Foot baths can be successfully replaced by pepper or mustard, which is poured into a sock, putting it on overnight.
  4. Thermal effects may be point. For this, a small stone is heated to a tolerable temperature and is applied to the acupuncture center. If the stone is small, then you can attach it with a plaster to cool it down; if it is large, then you need to stand on it.
  5. Stimulating centers with iodine. After the massage of the necessary energy center of the sole, it is necessary to lubricate this place with iodine, and wash the feet only after a few hours.
  6. Exposure to honey. This product can be successfully used for external use. In addition to honey massage, there are also honey compresses. It has a stimulating effect on tissues and organs. The soles of the feet should be spread with honey, wrapped in plastic and worn over socks. This is best done at night.

When stimulating the acupuncture centers of the feet, it should be remembered that overexposure can lead to undesirable results. To minimize the likelihood of such consequences, it is necessary to take breaks between the procedures, and restrict treatment courses to 7 days.

What will be discussed in this article will seem incredible to many. But recent studies, based, by the way, on ancient knowledge, do confirm: by massaging the feet, one can affect the internal organs of a person. In short, this phenomenon can be explained as follows. Each internal organ is associated with the external integuments of the body by reflex paths. Diseases internal organs  cause changes in certain areas of the skin. And vice versa: by acting (with massage, warmth or cold) on the hands, feet or ears of the patient, a rush of blood and lymph to the diseased organ can be caused, thereby contributing to its healing. The system of massage of the reflex zones of the foot, which is now successfully used to cure many diseases, is based on the knowledge of ancient Chinese techniques.

When affecting the reflex zones of the feet, first of all you need to know what can be achieved:

A marked increase in vitality in a particular organ or throughout the body as a whole;

Reducing the tone of an organ or body with a calming effect.

The German doctor of medicine Alfred Birah, who developed his own method of massage for reflex zones, was once asked whether a person without medical education has the right to practice massage? He has, ”said Dr. Birah unequivocally. If he observes certain rules. Of course, not every reflexologist, professional, agrees with the idea that you can trust massotherapy amateur amateur. But in each case it is necessary to distinguish acute, severe and life-threatening diseases and conditions. No one, except for the doctor who gave the Hippocratic Oath at one time, has no right to make decisions and do something. And there are chronic diseases, when the patient was thoroughly examined by a doctor, the treatment was carried out, there were no unexpected situations. There is hope with the help of massage to awaken the body's defenses, to support the work of these forces. And at the same time relieve pain, improve the overall tone of the body. But to treat people, diagnose, demand rejection of drug treatment, moreover, to take money for it, as it happens to us all the time, the amateur has no right!

And further. Despite the fact that the massage of the reflex zones of the feet has few contraindications, they are still there. Here it is necessary to remember the basic principle of medicine - do no harm! You can not use massage in the treatment of pregnant women, deep old people and babies. And also it is impossible to apply this method in some conditions of the legs themselves: fungal diseases, inflammations of joints, open wounds, rashes, burns; as well as any infectious diseases.

MASSAGE WITHOUT EFFORTS

The soles of our feet are, as is commonly believed in Eastern medicine, “places of contact with life.” Not just contact with the floor or the earth, it means contact with the environment, with nature, from which people have gone so far, having built modern dwellings for themselves, asphalt the streets, having driven them into a car.

The most natural massage of the foot reflex zones is barefoot walking. It is quite possible that you are doing this if your apartment has heated floors. But the benefits of walking barefoot on linoleum, even if it is “environmentally friendly”, are few.

The best option is barefoot on the grass, on the ground, on the rocks.

In the summer, sunbathing on a deserted stretch of beach on the Gulf of Finland, I observed such a picture. At the very edge of the sea is a family - mom, dad, grandmother and a boy of about three. A boy in a panama and without panties terribly wanted to run barefoot on the beach. And his restless family all the time dragged the child onto a blanket. "Scratch your legs," Mom warned. "You will be cut", - the father convinced. “You'll get a kidnapping,” grandmother urged. The child did not want to listen to anyone. He did not do anything wrong - he only wanted to run barefoot. But in one voice adults said: no! The kid was capricious, waving his fists, shouting loudly from impotence. In the end, he was immersed in sneakers and finally released. But all interest in the knowledge of the world had faded away. He sat down on the litter and with a bored look sat for two hours.

Stupid adults! Why did they deprive him of such pleasure — to walk barefoot on the rocks?

And do we ourselves - do we always use the wonderful opportunity to make a wonderful massage, very pleasant and, undoubtedly, healthy massage for free?

That's it.

But summer is over. What do you order - barefoot through the puddles? Or - in the snow?

If health allows - of course. And you can arrange a wonderful pebble beach at home. True, he is far from the present, but. Better than nothing.

Prepare a box 50–60 centimeters wide, 80–100 centimeters long. If you can more - please. Pour into it a washed mixture of coarse sand and various stones. Be sure to put a few stones with sharp edges. They are useful for massaging more rough areas of the foot.

And trample on this box to your health. You will understand how this is useful. After some time, the legs will become lighter, back pain will disappear, and a migraine attack will be relieved. Even discomfortwhen the heart stops, they will disappear. And so what, when the legs get cold, you will forget it altogether.

HOW TO ORIENT ON STOP?

As we have said, all the internal organs have access to the feet. The front of the body corresponds to the rear foot, the back - the sole. Imagine that both of your legs, tightly pressed to each other, are on the floor. Try to draw mental lines delimiting zones:

The inner limits of the feet correspond to the middle of the body and the spinal column;

The outer surface of the arch of the rear foot corresponds to the front of the body, with the fingers corresponding to the face, the tips of the fingers to the skull;

The soles of the feet pressed tightly against each other correspond to the back side of the body, spine and the long muscles of the back fall on the inner arch of the leg, therefore, the zones corresponding to the internal organs of the person are also arranged in the same order;

Two heels on the edge of the sole correspond to the buttocks;

Bottom of heels and ankle area - genitals;

The zone corresponding to the thigh is relatively small on the foot, the reflex correspondence of the thigh is in the zone of the Achilles tendon;

The foot zone is located at the point where the foot begins to rise;

  The “arms” on the legs — the shoulder and forearm — are located transversely to the elevation of the foot, and here is the reflex zone of the lower edge of the ribs;

The head zone captures all ten fingers, with the face on the nails, the back of the fingers corresponds to the back of the head.

The rougher division of the legs into zones is as follows: the fingers - the head, the metatarsus - the chest, the torso - the stomach, the heel - the pelvis. What are organ zones?

These are small, precisely marked areas on the feet, corresponding to organs and parts of organs. More precisely, these sites are listed in the special literature. We confine ourselves here only to an approximate division of the feet into zones of organs (see figures).

THE BEST MEDICATION FOR STOP IS HANDS

Experienced experts recommend doing a foot massage for no longer than ten minutes in one session. Often, even a more short-term massage gives good results. Reflex zones of the feet can be massaged several times a day. Sometimes, to get rid of an attack acute pain, just click on a certain point of the foot with your thumb and do not let go of two minutes. But with one condition, Dr. Birah warns: the patient should feel a pleasant feeling.

The reaction of each person to the massage is so individual that there can be no general rules here. But it is important to remember the basic principle of massage: the patient should not feel pain!

For massage, including self-massage, you need to create favorable conditions. A pleasant, comfortable indoor temperature, calm atmosphere, the opportunity to sit comfortably or lie down, so that the patient has the opportunity to fully relax - all this contributes to a complete disconnection from various everyday problems. But we only need to focus on ourselves, our feelings, our health!

Foot massage is usually done with thumbs and fingertips. These are the movements that should be done.

Light intermittent touches - that is, strokes following one after another. They are done at the very beginning of the procedure in order to “make contact” with the patient's body; to gain trust; and at the end - to relax, increase the impact. With these movements need to work gently back side  hands and fingers. Apply soft stroking strokes (5 cm each, not more) in one direction, moving away from the starting point, then returning to it.

Light long touch, blows tone up, excite, improve blood circulation. We work with fingertips or the whole hand. Long touches, almost strokes are always done first in one direction, then in another.

Rubbing with the displacement of tissues are done with the tips of the thumbs. This is a broad surface effect without movement, but without loss of skin contact.

The fixed, that is, not shifting, effect of weak force is the effect directly on the energetics of the reflex zones, and therefore on the organs. This is done with pads of all fingers, immediately on a large surface, and the thumb presses a little harder.

The motionless pressure of medium force acts liberatingly, relieves tension. The tips of all the fingers are involved, sometimes with the bones of the fingers. The pressure is focused, on small surfaces, rather deep.

A strong immobile impact relieves tension and convulsive phenomena; soothes, relaxes. This is quite a strong pressure with one finger, most often bent by a thumb.

Moving pressure is a gentle pressure almost in place, in a circle, deep down. The skin is not rubbed. It is both exciting and relaxing.

Strong moving pressure is the most powerful effect in this massage technique. Previous movements are performed with double force.

Touch These rich touches awaken the body's defenses, calming the nervous system.

Lightning presses are focused, apply strictly limited. We press the tip of your finger or even a fingernail.

Foot massage technique

Here is what combination of these movements (we present here a slightly simplified version of it) proposed by F. Soder-Faychtenschlager and M. Weiglhover.

First you need to relieve tension from the legs and from the whole body. To do this, the upper and lower legs are stroked in the direction of the fingers. They move onto the foot - now they stroke the tarsus and metatus in the direction of the ankle joint. It is necessary to stroke carefully, gently, purposefully, with long shifting movements. Well massaged from top to bottom the whole area of the spine. The movements follow one after another in one line, then in the opposite direction, by soft rubbing, then by the action of medium force. Finish strokes from the bottom up.

Then go to the fingers. Well massage all the fingers, one after the other, starting with the pads. Medium to high impact. We must try to avoid pain. Applying a fixed pressure on the pads of the fingers, linger on each for a few seconds. Then one is straightened vigorously, stroking in the direction of the nail. From time to time, gently press on the base of the fingers from the side of the sole, here you can influence the nail. Now massaged around the joint of the little finger with directed, moving forward movements. This is a deep impact!

Massage with wide rubbing movements the outer side of the lift, thereby increasing the mobility of the knee and hip joints. Along the outer edge of the foot and on the sole, immobile deep pressure massages the “elbows” zone, after which the stroking of this zone is performed.

The total outer surface of the ankle is massaged with light moving pressure. This area is very sensitive! Light moving touch up, in the direction of the leg, relieve tension in the hips.

After that, they move to strokes in the area between the outside of the ankle and the heel (the knee area). The movements are directed downwards. Apply light mobile pressure.

And finish the first part of the massage, which should normalize the processes in the musculoskeletal system, a number of deep rapid effects in the area of the inner edge of the heel.

Now proceed to massage the zones of the chest organs.

Step by step, the sole and the upper part of the foot are massaged with strong moving fingers. Smoothen zones: on the outside of the foot; all over the outside to the fingers; with force - between the fingers.

Between the 1st and 2nd joints of the fingers, gently work out the moderately strong still effects. And go to the back of the foot.

With a few deep, strong and mobile pressure, the heart area and the entire chest area are massaged.

Again, back to the fingers, now from the outside. Medium to strong, forward-directed pressure treats this zone; each finger individually.

Intensively, moving pressure, process the heel area, around the ankle joint, the lower part of the lower leg. Treat the heel with strong, steady pressure using knuckles. Then gently stroke the sole, capturing the Achilles tendon area.

Massage the reflex zone of the bladder - on the inner edge of the foot - with strong moving effects point by point, then using forward strong effects to draw an oblique line to the reflex zone of the kidney. This zone is worked out by strong fixed pressure.

Now they are moving to areas whose massage has a beneficial effect on digestion and waste disposal, on metabolism and on the activity of the endocrine glands.

Strong consecutive shearing forces massage the gut area on both legs. Then the impact force is weakened and the whole foot is massaged with wide movements, both the sole and the back of the foot.

Broad movements (3-4 fingers are involved) from the side of the foot, under the bones of the tarsus, affect the stomach, duodenum, liver, pancreas, spleen. These zones are processed point by point with strong fixed pressure. Repeat the massage of these zones, first with deep pressure with displacement, then light strokes, extending to back side  feet.

Then several times ironed from the heel along the inner arch of the foot to the toes. With soothing movements, massage the finger area. The metatarsal and tarsal regions are soothed with light touches. And end the ankle joint. One hand stroking out, the other - inside.

Reflex therapists say that one who is so flexible that he can reach his legs with his hands can and should practice massage of his feet. There is nothing complicated about it. Examine your body, evaluate your health. Find zones of patients or simply needing support from the authorities. Make your own - individual! - the program.

    Foot massage is pleasant and useful. He relieves fatigue not so much of the feet, but of the whole body and relaxes well after a hard day's work. If you competently do a foot massage, you can achieve impressive results. The fact is that on the feet of the feet there are biologically active points that affect various organs.

For example, in the arch of the foot there are reflex points that are connected with the spine. Therefore, massaging this particular area of the foot, you can remove back pain. Stimulation of the toes affects the eyes, ears and teeth.

According to the theory of traditional chinese medicine, there are more than 60 active zones and points on the feet, in addition, there are important Jinglo channels, and the slags of the human body are concentrated there. They accumulate for a long time in the human body, interfere with normal blood circulation and can cause various diseases.

Foot massage affects acupuncture points  on the foot, stimulating and balancing the general condition of the internal organs and the organism as a whole. Relieves nervous stress, fatigue, psycho-emotional arousal, soothes and brings the nervous system in order, improves metabolism and strengthens the body's defenses.

The easiest way to massage biologically active points  on the feet of the feet it is in summer to walk on mowed grass or pebbles, gaining the energy of the earth and improving your mood and health. But this is in summer ... And in the winter you can do a foot massage yourself. To do this, you can take a special massager with wheels, which you need to roll on the surface of the feet.

To massage the acupuncture points on the foot, you can do this: take a small box and fill it with smooth pebbles, you can take them on the river or bring them from the next vacation by the sea. If you can not get pebbles, you can use beans or peas. The bottom must be completely closed. After that, stand in this box and shift from foot to foot until pain sensations  do not dull. This massage is done within 10 minutes. This massage stimulates all acupuncture points on the foot, relieves tension in the muscles and tones the muscles of the whole body ..

Another way of self-massage is to massage the foot of one foot, the other foot. This massage helps with sprains bruises, as well as for those who suffer from flat feet.

But this is a general massage, and in order to act on a particular organ or system, you need to know how much of the foot is responsible for it.

Arch of the foot
  Here are the reflex cells, which in modern reflexology, it is customary to correlate with the spine. Energetic pressure in this place can bring relief from back pain.

Toes
On their lower surface are cells that are correlated in reflexology with the condition of the eyes, ears, sinuses, and teeth. You can get rid of many problems if you massage each toe correctly.

Tarsus and tarsus
  The foot consists of 26 small bones: 7 of them are talus, 5 are metatarsal, 14 are phalanges of toes. Massage of the space between these bones sometimes brings great benefits to man.

Plantar surface of the foot
  A selective approach is needed here, since only the heel and sole pads are covered with thick skin. These places can be massaged very boldly, with great pressure. The center of the foot is more gentle and requires careful handling.

On the surface of the foot, you can find points that correspond to almost all major organs, glands and limbs of a person. Organs are projected on the feet, on the male and female sides, just as they are located in our body.

Each of the organs in addition to performing purely physiological functions is responsible for the spiritual and emotional state of a person. For example, the spleen is considered to be a place of concentration of quarrel and anger, that is, features that are traditionally ascribed to women for some reason.

Although the heart area is located on both feet, its projection is more pronounced on the left foot, which confirms the fact that emotions are more related to the female principle in man. The liver is projected on both feet, but the projection area on the right foot is larger than on the left. By the way, the liver has long been associated with purely masculine qualities: anger, rude emotions, fighting spirit.

What determines human health?

The state of each organ depends on both physical and spiritual health of a person. For example, a healthy spleen cleans the blood of moral impurity, allowing a person to show more compassion and sympathy, to lead a righteous lifestyle. The liver, on the contrary, will be out of order if a person begins to suppress such a strong emotion as anger in him.

All of the above fully applies to other organs. Therefore, in order for a person to be healthy both physically and spiritually, it is necessary that each of his organs be in order. And it is not at all necessary to treat the organ itself directly. A method of treatment through impact on points on the feet, which are projections of organs, has long been invented. This massage and acupuncture of the feet.

The figures show only the points responsible for the main organs. In fact, they are many times more. According to some information, about 15 thousand biologically active points are concentrated on the human feet. In addition to the points of the main organs, there are points responsible for general well-being, stomach work, mood, good sleep, and even tobacco addiction.

According to the experience and knowledge of Chinese healers, the foot is not only a part of the human body that is necessary for walking, but also a kind of map of the internal organs. With the help of this "map" you can diagnose the state of the most important organs and, by acting on certain active points, help your body cope with ailments.

There are more than 70,000 nerve endings on the foot, which form clearly defined reflexogenic zones associated with the body's systems. That is why a person gets pleasure from foot massage, walking barefoot on grass or smooth small pebbles. Massaging the foot, as well as, you can get rid of nervous and physical stress, as well as cure chronic diseases. In this case, you only need to know what part of the foot is responsible for one or another organ and correctly act on active points.

Foot zones

To understand the principle of the internal organs projected on the foot, it is enough to imagine a person in the fetal position. The spine will be the inner part of the foot. The fingers are responsible for the head: the thumb is the brain, the next two are the eyes, and the ring finger with the little finger are the ears. Below the fingers are the areas of the thyroid gland and lungs. The heart zone is on the left foot, below the little finger. On the outside of the right foot - the zone of the liver and gallbladder. Zones of the stomach and intestines are on both feet, they are located in the area of the recess. The heels are responsible for the sciatic nerve.

In the process of palpation of the foot, you can identify points that react painfully to touch and pressure. They need to pay special attention and with the help of the location of the active points find out for which bodies they are responsible. As a rule, such a reaction is a signal that something is wrong with a certain organ. High or low temperature of the feet can talk about health problems, excessive dryness and sweating also indicate a malfunction of the body.

Impact on hotspots

Most effectively affect the active points of the foot and help get rid of chronic diseases  can an experienced master practicing acupressure. Nevertheless, even healthy people are advised to do self-massage of the feet as a preventive procedure. Before the massage, it is desirable to relieve tension from the feet, kneading them a little - you can be on your toes, make a warm foot bath using fragrant salts or essential oils. Then you need to take a comfortable position that eliminates the tension of the legs and feel the foot, listening to your feelings.

Foot massage should start with the fingers - each of them is stretched separately. Then moderately strong pressure massages the upper part of the foot, the inner and outer side, ankle, heel area. It is necessary to act on the pain points with circular movements, while only one point will be massaged a little, and the neighboring zones must be stimulated. Just 5 minutes of such a massage every day will allow you to feel much better, relieve tension, strengthen the immune system.

What can harm the body?

It is known that by wetting the feet or overcooling, a person gets colds. The reason is that the zones responsible for certain organs were exposed to negative factors. Intuitively guessing this, people try to keep their feet warm. But not everyone knows that excessive exercise on the foot and wearing uncomfortable shoes also adversely affect the general health of a person, because they incorrectly stimulate active points. In the process of walking, nerve endings are exposed, which has a positive effect on health, but walking too much can be harmful. In any case, regular stimulation of the active points of the foot will avoid many problems and significantly improve the overall tone of the body.
